Nozomi Teranishi (Photographer/ Visual Artist)
Born in Fukushima, Japan in 1991. Graduated from Akita International University. She started self-learning photography to aim toward visual expression to connect people with people, people with nature, because she was triggered by the Great East Japan Earthquake. While she was studying at the State University of New York, she started creating artwork and currently working as a photographer.

1991年福島県生まれ、国際教養大学卒業。2011年の東日本大震災をきっかけに、人と人、人と自然をつなぐための視覚表現を目指し独学で写真を学び始める。2013年、ニューヨーク州立大学留学時より写真家としての活動を本格的に開始し、現在は日本を拠点に幅広く積極的な活動をしている。
